I am aware that photos and/or videos can be accessed by anyone on the Internet. The photos and/or videos are used exclusively for public relations work by the Skateacadamy Hamburg.
Legal bases of processing:
The processing of photos and/or videos (collection, storage and transfer to third parties) takes place on the basis of the express consent of the service/contract of the person with custody or the person concerned, therefore in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a GDPR. The publication of selected image files in (print) publications of the organizer as well as on their homepage / social media accounts or similar is necessary for the public relations work of the organizer and thus serves to protect the legitimate interests of those involved, Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR.
1. Categories of recipients of personal data:
The photos and/or videos will not be passed on to third parties.
For public relations purposes, they may be posted on the Skateacadamy Hamburg homepage and for social networks.
2. Duration of storage of personal data:
Photos and/or videos taken for the purpose of public relations work by the Skateacadamy Hamburg will be stored for an indefinite period of time subject to the revocation of the consent of the person concerned.
3. Right of withdrawal with consent:
The consent to the processing of the photos and/or videos can be revoked at any time for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this. A revocation must be made in writing.
